MG3D is a privately held Virtual Design and Construction company which is headquartered in Chapin, SC. Our virtual design and construction (VDC) services seek to transform built environment through digitization and collaboration.

With Building Information Modeling (BIM) as the foundation for any digitally delivered project, MG3D works with leading owners, architects, general contractors, and sub-contractors to advise and implement a full potential BIM solution at the facility maintenance or project level.

Our range of BIM services include 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, Design and Construction BIM Coordination, and 3D laser and drone scanning services. We bring years of experience to complex projects. Our team is made up of leading professionals specializing in architecture, engineering and the construction industry who have a passion for solving problems and a desire to learn the unique operations of each client.

Josh Geimecke brings over two decades worth of experience at the intersection of structural engineering, architectural design, and BIM project management. With a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset, Josh has built a reputation for delivering highly coordinated, constructible, and efficient building solutions across a wide range of industries. Josh specializes in finding creative technology solutions that no one has seen the potential of, as well as putting together a clear and decisive process for our clients’ projects that reinforces the confidence in MG3D’s services.

Merkovsky

Billy Merkovsky | COFounder

Billy Merkovsky brings over two decades worth of multidisciplinary experience in the architecture, construction, and facilities management industries. A proud graduate of the University at Buffalo with a degree in Architecture, he has developed a unique skill set that bridges the gap between design vision, construction execution, and building performance. Billy uses his background in architecture to focus on helping clients visualize a plan for their projects and feel comfortable having representation of their vision throughout the project’s lifecycle.
